Use savoury crispy beans accompany to fresh and tender Alaska black cod, which brings your tongue an inexperienced taste.
- 1.Rinse the cod and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle 2g salt and 1tbs rice wine over, add the ginger flakes and shallot sticks, steam it for about 10 minutes until the fish becomes tender, and move it to a plate. Keep the cod juice for next step.
- 2.Preheat a wok and heat the right amount oil until it reaches 60% heat, saute the chopped garlic, toss in crispy bean and fry for a while, add the chopped hot pepper, the rest of rice wine, oyster sauce, sugar and 1g salt, pepper powder and the cod juice, boil and stir until mixed, than turn off the heat.
- 3.Sprinkle the mixed sauce on the steamed cod, and garnish with chopped fragrant shallot.

1tbs油1.鳕鱼洗净用纸巾拍干。撒上盐2克和1tbs米酒,腌大约10分钟,放上生姜片和葱根,上锅蒸,直到鱼变得软嫩,并将其移动到一空盘。保留蒸出的鳕鱼汁留至下一步备用。
2.炒锅内放适量的油预热,直到达到六成热,爆香蒜茸,放入脆豆腐,煎一会儿,加入切碎的辣椒,米酒,蚝油,糖和1克盐等,辣椒粉和鳕鱼汁,煮沸,搅拌至混合,熄火。
3.将上一步做好的汁淋在蒸好的鳕鱼上,装饰香香葱切碎。 -
