A:Opened in 1927 by Nobukatsu Shibuya (澁谷信勝), Ginza Bairin was the first Tonkatsu restaurant in Ginza. 由涉谷信胜在1927年创立,银座梅林是在银座的第一间猪扒店。 Offering truly authentic Tonkatsu and other signature dishes for three generations. It is now one of the oldest Tonkatsu restaurants in Japan.
