Wagyu is a type of top beef, which contains various amounts of intramuscular fat, giving it an appearance similar to a marble pattern. It is characterized by its succulent meat, tender texture and unique taste. The beef is cut into and then grilled on a stone plate, which gives the high-quality beef distinctive flavour.

Chicken pudding is originally inspired by another Sichuan snack, tofu pudding. Yet chicken pudding is made of mashed chicken fillet in the shape of tofu pudding. On the basis of traditional Sichuan chicken pudding, white bird’s nest is added to make better ones both on taste and nutrition.

新西兰香草慢煮嫩羊腿 菜品选用新鲜、嫩滑的新西兰羔羊腿，与香草完美结合，外酥里嫩，鲜香味美！ Leg of lamb perhaps is one of the most delicious parts of a lamb, chewy but tender, and extremely delicate and succulent. To make perfect roast, vanilla is essential, which imparts special fragrance to the leg of lamb and remove its fat.

谷香巧克力蜗牛 此为蘭会所代表作之一，经过名厨精细处理，更突显食材鲜美，亦品相不俗，味香质嫩，食后回味无穷。 As a signature dish of LAN Club, the delicacy is a dish of cooked land snails, usually served as a nice snack in LAN. Like most molluscs, snails are high in protein and low in fat content with nice smell and tender meat.
